Dear Jim,

The Cable Crew people certainly were “the Right Connection” for us. It was through a friend that we learned of the experience with flood restoratation and carpentry skills of Troy Howard. Terre Haute contractors were inundated with work and we were stood up more than once, without so much as a phone call.

Troy, Chris and Paul showed up when they said they would and worked Very hard while in our home. In addition to their capable skills, they were so pleasant to have around, obviously respectful and confident of each other.

We appreciate their long drives and productive time they put in to help get our home on the way to recovery. I could tell they felt compassion for our dilemna and took pride in helping us. Their work was the first outside help we’ve had since the flooding and our positive experience with them has been motivating. We are finally beginning to feel our lives will soon be getting back to normal.
